Global Education Academy: 2021-22 Meal Vendor Request for Proposal


The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a fixed-price contract with a Meal Vendor that will provide the SFA with vended meals to support its food service operation for individual school sites. The Meal Vendor will provide services to the SFA as described in the Scope of Services on the attached RFP.

MEALS are required for the following schools:
  1. Global Education Academy: 4141 S. Figueroa St.  Los Angeles, CA 90037
  2. Global Education Academy (co-located site): 4156 Menlo Ave. Los Angeles, CA 90037
  3. Global Education Academy 2: 1717 7th Ave  Los Angeles, CA 90019
The SFA will hold a Mandatory Tour of two of the SFA facilities on Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at 1:30 PM and 3:00 PM.

Respondents must submit written and digital proposals by time recorded mail delivery (UPS, Fedex), hand delivery, or e-mail labeled “RFP #FS2021-22 Global Education Academy 2021-22 Meal Vendor.” Mail or hand delivery proposals should be addressed to the SFA Resource Manager at Attn: Pedro Simon, Global Education Collaborative, 4141 S. The SFA will accept all proposals received on or before Thursday, June 17, 2021 at 4:00PM PST.The SFA will not accept proposals that are received after the deadline. The SFA will open proposals at 6pm on June 17, 2021.
